Power of Prayer

The power in your prayer is your trust in God, faith. It is evident in your spiritual confidence that he is who he has shown himself to be, and in who you are to him because of his love for you that you can see. This is what gives you the right and  boldness to stand your ground against any enemy. When your spirit (heart, mind, and mouth) become in sync with this standing, “God is not a man that he should lie, not the son of man that he would change his mind. Does he speak and not act, does he promise and not fulfil it?” (Numbers 23:19) God simply cannot be untrue about himself. Says he – “I have sworn by Myself, The word has gone out from my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return..” (Isaiah 45:23) Hence, with those words, God invites you into a deeper relationship with him so you can gain knowledge, trust, and confidence in him that will serve your life in extraordinary, supernatural ways. It is then that his presence will begin to manifest in your life, revealing to your spirit those things in him that make you an overcomer on earth, introducing you to miracles through prayer. Communication with God through prayer is an essential and rewarding way to nourish and strengthen your relationship with him. Good relationships will grow and get richer, deeper, as you learn more of each other through frequent fellowship. It isn’t left to chance. Anything you leave to chance is a roll of the dice, unknowingly you agree to get whatever you get. The same is true of prayer. I was greatly blessed by the spiritual revelations and amazing epiphanies that Godwin Arisa’s “Effective Prayers: Prayers that move God’s heart” offers to its readers. The anointing that God has poured out on this man is incredibly tangible and I could feel God’s holy presence and power oozing out of every page as every line spoke to my heart and to my spirit. Despite being personally written and physically manifested on earth by Godwin Arisa, “Effective Prayers: Prayers that move God’s heart” is indubitably a book created by the leading of the Holy Spirit and by the command of God Almighty. From the very first part of the book - the Foreword - up to the very last - the Conclusion - God generously and graciously pours out His wisdom, downloading it to the readers from Spirit to spirit. Without claiming anything as his own and giving all the credit to the Most High, Arisa shares his testimony of faith and teachings on effective prayers. It is really amazing what God does and how much power He pours out to those who live to glorify and serve Him alone. Godwin Arisa is, indeed, a man who greatly pleases and is loved by God. Reading his book has inspired me to grow deeper in the love of the Father through my heartfelt prayers.

As God continued to speak to me through Arisa’s book, I looked back on the many times that God delivered me from my situations as I prayed and I felt God’s love from His Spirit to mine. “Effective Prayers” has truly been a blessing to me in building up my prayer life. Godwin Arisa’s “Effective Prayers: Prayers that move God’s heart” gives its readers a specially deep understanding of communicating with God through prayer that they never knew they needed and reveals God’s power and favor in the most personal, intimate way. It was truly inspiring to read how graciously God healed and delivered Arisa from his many ordeals thanks to his actively prayerful lifestyle. This is, for sure, the result of a genuine, intimate relationship with the Father– free of deceit and pretenses. Reading this book reminded me that God is never cheap with His favor and outpouring of blessings. Godwin Arisa is a faithful follower of God who obediently wrote the book with great passion and reverence to the mission that God appointed him and I could not be more blessed. Arisa imparted his experiences and encounters with God’s omnipotence in such an impactful yet relatable way that I can’t help but have my faith stirred up by such great testimonies.
